I am a Nutrition Consultant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Arizona State University and a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Through this site, I provide information and education both physical and emotional health. I am a nutrition coach, providing professional and personalized information to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Come train with me & let me help you bring out your best self!

My Personal Mission: I am committed to bringing a healthy lifestyle to all individuals. I will demonstrate my full support in helping people obtain optimal health by: being a compassionate, competent coach; making health and fitness fun; and allowing others to recognize the potential within themselves enabling them to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.
